Price Dramatically Reduced For Quick Sale: The Antique Lady is Hull Number 8 of 108 that Chris Craft made of this 1962 Constellation 37' Wooden Classic. This vessel is in magnificent condition, judged as an 8 out of 10. The exterior planking has be replaced, the interior mahogany is all original. This beauty has an aft cabin with twin beds, a dinette that converts to a double bed and a V berth that has a double bed. She has two heads with one shower c/w a pump out. The original twin 283, 220 hp chevy engines have been re-built and have 30 hours on them. Spare 283 Chris Craft engine parts, 1 rebuilt short block, 1 set of heads, 1 generator,There are engine and house batteries, shore power, shore power cord, charger, battery power switch and the original generator. It has one helm, all the gauges are original and all in good working order. There is a VHF Radio, a Depth Sounder, a Hailer, an Auto-pilot and Engine Synchronizers. The interior and exterior cushions were replaced in 2011.The generator is original and works well. The galley is equipped with a Fridge, a Stove and a Microwave. There are two anchors, the bow anchor is a large new aluminium anchor with electric windless, the second anchor is a 15 lbs Danforth type. This vessel is also equipped with a spotlight, fume detector, auto halon system, fire extinguishers, bilge pumps, life jackets, life rings, heaving lines, dock lines, fenders, fender holders, flares and a flare gun, and many spares - 2 props and two shafts. This vessel is stored in its own Dome Building during the winter months.
Current owner has original documentation, previous owner owned the vessel for twenty years, current owner has had the vessel for the past ten years. There is a new survey conducted in August 2019.

Due to the Covid-19 restrictions this boat has not been available for showing. During this time the owner has stripped the paint off of the exterior hull.
