This 1975 Cheoy Lee has been owned by the seller for the last 20 years.

This is a Ketch with a Cutter Rig on her. It has a full keep and a Clipper Bow so it is not a racer, but will handle well in open seas. All of the rigging is stainless and it is original.

It has been mainly a freshwater boat having been moved from Puget Sound in 2003 and taken to Idaho.


The masts are citrus spruce and in reported good condition. The galley has a propane stove that has not been used in a few years. It does not have a refrigerator, but it has an icebox. It has a head with a shower, and across from it is a hanging locker.

It will sleep four with a v berth and two settee berths. There is also a working autopilot.

The ballast is lead, and the boat is 12,000 pounds.

ConditionIt has a new impeller. It was hauled out and the bottom painted in 2014. While it was on the hard the masts were stripped of paint inspected and stained. The main & mid sails are 8 years old, and the Genoa and Jib are a year old. The deck is teak and it needs restoration.
