New sunbrella top, that is the same height as the wavestopper.. goes clear back to the back of the cockpit, has a bimini that can stay on, and the side windows velcro out, for just a bimini or a full enclosure for the cockpit to be fully enclosed... the full cockpit has new full four inch cushions in the same sunbrella that the enclosure is, and there are panels that make the entire cockpit into a full bed, bigger than a california King.... easy to remove and store for a full seating in the cockpit.......

the boat includes a full complement of navigation components.... it has a laptop, with a larger monitor, and all the charts on the laptop, it shows the boat moving over the charts, with speed, and direction, and co-ordinates.....

it has a coastal navigation depth minder, and a Furuno radar, there is a marine radio, in the cockpit, with a separate antenna from the radio in the cabin.....

The new aluminum tank in your pictures is installed under the floor, and an additional aluminum sixteen gallon tank, with a key switch, gauges, and a fuel gauge to the sixteen-gallon tank.... all tanks are hooked up, and functional, giving approx 100 gallons of fuel. The interior woodwork is beautiful, and the bright outside work will be done.....

ConditionSeller Notes: "The boat has three brand new batteries.... one dedicated to the engine, as a starter battery, with a switch to isolate, and two deep-cycle batteries for house batteries..... in addition to the main tank for diesel, it does have the new aluminum forty gallon, and in addition to that is the sixteen gallon aluminum, with gauge, and fuel pump to pump the forty or sixteen aft to engine..... also it should be noted that there is all brand new Brian Toss rigging, oversized stainless, brand new main sail, foresail, and foresail, and staysail is on roller furling...... I am 72, and can sail this ocean goer single handed, from the cockpit..... all brand new cockpit cushions, covered with new teal sunbrella, biggest, and most spacious bed in the house, as it has a center cushion so entire cockpit makes into a bed.... there are porthole covers for all upper deck portholes, with sand in the bottom of them to keep them hanging even under severe wind conditions. they are all snap removable...... There is now a full cockpit cover, in teal Sunbrella, with removable side windows, it can be sailed with full cover, or just bimini..... a clear plastic "Window" is planned for the bimini so you can see the main sail inside the cockpit when the top is on........ This is a get in and go boat...... it has planned a tongue, and groove ceiling in cedar, but the price will go up when it is in, and the new dinette area has new velour upholstery."
