This is a brand new boat that has only been on the water for two hours to test the tap fins! It comes with a new trailer, two-hour Mercury 115 HP four-stroke outboard, and the upper deck added by the seller. It also has been modified with tap fins added to each pontoon. These lift the boat higher, give it a better ride, increase fuel economy, and add a reported 2-3 MPH with the same engine.
