    Eastwind Paceship 24ft sailboat currently moored at Lions Club Marina - Ashbridges Bay

    *** ALL WINTER STORAGE FEES HAVE BEEN PREPAID!!

    24.6 length - 7.1 ft beam length

    included:

    2006 Yamaha 8HP outboard (Model T8ELRCAN6) - serviced and winterized every year - super reliable and like new.

    Cradle to store the boat in winter

    Original main sail, jib and genoa - rigging and ropes in good condition

    Depth finder (installed less than 2 years ago)

    Onboard Marine Radio/Tranceiver - like new

    All batteries and marine charger (just purchased)

    6 new lifejackets

    Brand new marine portable toilet just purchased but never used

    Emergency kit, spare parts, etc. - anything and everything that is on the boat comes with it.

    ** still has original engine for someone savy or interested in restoring it back to original working order - I have the original engine manual as well



    Ready to sail! A bit of minor wood and re-lacquering needed in spots but very minimal - just seasonal wear



    Insurance $21/month transferrable

    Possibility of taking over slip spot at Lions Club Marina - Ashbridges Bay - very cheap yearly fees ($900/summer - $500/winter) and storage



    Very fun boat and easy to learn for the first time sailor - it is super steady in the water and was a joy to own

    We are only selling only because we purchased a cottage and can't juggle both.
