This 1982 Mainship 34 T Trawler is powered by a single 165 HP Turbo Perkins 6 cyl diesel, which only has 2672 hours and hardly broken in.

The boat is also equipped with a Stern Thruster, for easier maneuvering while docking or going through the Locks in high wind.

This is a great boat for long and comfortable cruising, which can easily be handle by two people, but can sleep up to 6 people comfortably.

This boat can cruise at 7 to 8 knots using 2 U.S. gallons an hour ... with a capacity of 220 US gal. This is approximately 110 hours of cruising, for a range close to 900 nautical miles. The engine is equipped with Dual Racor fuel filters, complete with vacuum gauge setup for independent single use, so if one was to get plugged you could switch to the other fuel filter while you clean the first one, while continuing on your way.

The engine driven fuel pump has a separate electric fuel pump as a backup, along with a spare engine pump ... more redundancy for safety. The boat is also equipped with dual battery chargers, an 1800 watts automatic inverter, an independent bank of house batteries, and a Onan 3 KW generator.

For electronics, the boat is equipped with an autopilot, a Garmin GPS/Chart Plotter, a Depth Sounder, an Eagle fish finder,  two (2) compasses one at both Helm Stations, and an intercom for between decks communications.

The galley is equipped with an 2 burner stove, an oven, a microwave, a toaster oven, a refrigerator with freeze above, and a separate freeze for long trip.

The Upholstery was replace new in 2008 for both salon couches, and both couches can foldout into beds. The master stateroom bed in the V Berth, had a new foam mattress installed in 2008.

A custom metal framed for the enclosure on the aft deck, adds an extra and separate weather proof room to your living space.
