These vintage Chris-Craft woodys were the original race boats in the early 1900s. This particular runabout was also known as Rocket. These boats are head turners on any lake. Known for their absolute solid construction they handle in the water as good as any newer boat.
This 1948 Rocket was completely restored by the current owner using exact specifications down to the epoxy paint and interior wood flooring.
Using the several layers of this high quality epoxy paint allows you to splash it without the painstaking soaking process to let the wood swell.
Chris-Craft vintage boats are highly sought after by many boat enthusiasts who enjoy the classic style.
