ConditionNeeds to be towed for mechanical and bottom work. Ideal as a B and B or floating home at the dock. Or you can choose to keep it exactly where it is docked right now and just move your things in! Priced to sell. FROM THE SELLER: I have been told that the two propulsion engines (Detroit Diesel 6-71s) have about 450 hours since a re-build. I have no documentation for this, but it could be true. Both engines were "pickled" before the most recent trip. The Caterpillar 35KW diesel generator engine service meter shows 01831 hours. The spare 40 Amp gas generator was purchased just before the trip. Both the single-phase and the three-phase hydraulic motors are new this year, as is the compressor. The HVAC air handler has a brand new VFD (Variable Frequency Drive) unit; the condenser pressures were checked, and the system is under warranty until April 2024. They are continuing to work on small projects (e.g., re-varnished the parquet floor section leading from the interior stairs to the upper deck with four coats of high gloss; repainted the starboard exterior forward cabin wall and the starboard/port gunwales with anti-rust white; getting ready to work on deck sections with battleship gray; perhaps some of the minor electrical work and replacing the ceiling panels as well.
