This 1956 CHRIS-CRAFT SPORTSMAN is a classic boat!
The boat hails from Ohio where the current owner purchased her in 2010. The boat had been sitting in a barn for 30 years at the time of purchase. The current owner took the boat and had her hull and interior upholstery professionally refurbished in Cincinnati, Ohio before bringing her to New Hampshire.
The boat has always been in freshwater only, she has never seen saltwater.
The current owner has always properly winterized her and stored her indoors.
The seller had a custom cover designed for the boat that includes a skirt that fully covers the mahogany wood to protect it.
The boat is perfect for cruising around as well as participating in simple water sports if so desired.
The horn on the boat is chrome and will for sure get attention when used: especially if you need to get the ducks out of your way!
The seller loves the boat; however, due to physical limitations is unable to get in and out of the boat with ease and as much as it's difficult to let her go; the seller doesn't want to let her just sit around and collect dust for another 30 years when she can be bringing the same to her next owner as she did to her current owner.
