Admiral II 45 ft. LOA 1964 steel hull tri-cabin rear master with ensuite bath full size fridge spacious 15ft. beam twin 454's generator best priced cruiser this size under 100k. Email me for more pictures. Built to last quality wood work interior. Reduced from $55,000 and priced to sell. Serious buyers only.

We have enjoyed this ship for years and we love her but weÃâàhave moved south. With a few modern additions like navigation equipment she should easily sell for double the price. It isÃâàdifficult to find a yacht of this size, with a steel hull, and this quality for under a $100,000.

One motor was completely rebuilt a couple years ago, and the other runs strong but will need a carb rebuild. Good oil pressure, very smooth shifting and a dream to handle. The two pilot seats are leather and the most comfortable I have ever experienced. Lots of storage.

The master bedroom has a full size bed, very comfy, with a vanity and mirror for the lady and a private bathroom! The living area is spacious because of the 15 foot beam with a nice pull out sofa bed. There are four bunks forward with another washroom. The galley is down a few steps from the living area and has a full size fridge and 24 inch stove. Sleeps a family or group of Ãâàup to 10. We have entertained 30 people on the boat on Canada Day without feeling at all crowded.

It has two stainless steel water tanks, a pump out head system with two storage tanks and a 6.5 K Kohler generator. The hull is sound, the front deck is also steel and the rear deck has Ãâþ inch thick teak over steel. The front rails are also teak wood and were sanded the year before drydock. The life boy rings are new last year. She turns heads where ever she goes. Email me for more pictures. As it has been shrink wrapped and stored for two years it will need some TLC.

To arrange a viewing, call me. The ship is an hour south of Ottawa on the Rideau, about an hour east of Kingston near Smith Falls.
