ConditionThe boat is structurally sound, but in need of cosmetic and mechanical attention. The boat has been sitting in slip since Dec. 2016. Port engine is not running. One of the AC units is not working. Dark wood interior is in good condition. The second cabin has been covered to walk in closet....originally had bunk beds. All galley appliances are working. Head and water systems are also functioning properly.
