Beautiful classic Day Sleeper! Four-Year Restoration! Mahogany features and teak decking !!
The gorgeous Lyman Day Sleeper 25 finds admirers everywhere it goes.
The current owner purchased the Day Sleeper in 2004 and spent four years restoring the decks, swim platform, helm, and cabinets. The helm and cabinets are Mahogany, the cockpit deck and forward deck are covered in teak, and the hull's ribbing is steam-bent white oak. The windshield surround and glass were rebuilt, and the seating was updated as well.
The owner indicates a belt sander was never used on the outside of the boat, which makes a big difference in the quality of the restoration.
The Lyman is powered by a Mercruiser 5.7L engine. Garmin GPS and VHF electronics are at the helm and all of the gauges are updated.
The boat comes with a Sunbrella windshield cover, a cockpit cover, and a tandem-axle trailer with Bearing Buddies.
