1971 Kings Craft houseboat. Upgraded entire boat in 2015. Full size washer/dryer. Full size refrigerator.
This is an all aluminum 44 foot houseboat that was remodeled in 2015.
The boat is designed to sleep two people, but it has room for more. There is storage above the salon that can be converted to a place to sleep.
The galley has a deep sink, a full size refrigerator and freezer, a microwave, a stove and an oven. This boat also some with a washer and dryer.
In the head, you have a full size shower, sink, toilet and large vanity.
If you like the wood look you will love the inside of this boat with the tongue & groove oak ceiling. The floor has easy to maintain vinyl.
It has a 2 ton air conditioning unit, and you can power it with the 7.5 Kw Kohler generator.
The flybridge has a helm where you can operate the boat as well as the inside station. Also on the flybridge is a bimini to keep you out of the sun.
