This is a classic Pearson 35. With a shallow draft and centerboard it has good performance off the wind or clawing your way into the wind.
The boat has a lot of great features including a full galley, full cockpit cover two anchors, air conditioning, GPS. However, the boat sunk in April 2021 and it is unknown what is and is not working on the boat.
Currently on the hard in a do-it-yourself boatyard, this one has a lot of potential. Engine work is underway locally and all the sea cocks are being replaced.
It will likely need new interior cushions but all of the old ones are available for patterns.
It is a boat that with a little work could become a reliable sailing vessel again.
