1972 Crest Houseboat with a newer Yamaha 115!
The sellers have rebuilt this 1972 Crest 38 ft quad pontoon Houseboat. they added a Yamaha 115 4 stroke
Their favorite thing about being out on the water in her is that it felt like they were home, with a regular bed, and all the creature comforts including 2 TVs, Blue Ray DVD players and indoor and outdoor speakers and much more spectacular views.
It handles well on larger lakes, like Minnetonka, and drives like a regular boat. You can entertain up to 20 people on it. When the grandkids get rambunctious they can jump off the upper deck, with easy access door to the water. When evening comes turn on the string of 100 LED lights and party the night away.
The boat is Solar Powered as is the Minn Kota Terrova 24 volt, 75 lb. thrust Trolling Motor with autopilot, foot controller & 1 wireless hand-held remote.
The 10 house batteries are Solar Powered 3000-watt Inverter system with 3500-watt backup generator for House Boat Loads. There is a 15 ft exterior wet bar with 32-inch Char Griller Flat Iron Griddle.
The Upper Party deck is 12X 32 with 12x12 Bimini canvas.
Other cool custom features the sellers added are:
Interior/Exterior LED Lighting and RGB color-changing ability on upper deck, 2- Minkota Electric Anchors, and
