This 1973 Bristol 35' designed by John Alden and built by Bristol Yachts
She is a centerboard sloop, drawing 3'9" with the board up. This allows for gunkholing adventuring in shallow bays or harbors. Hull is in excellent condition. She is a sturdy boat with beautiful lines.
The boat is being sold As-Is (cushions are original, Centerboard has been pinned up.
The following items have been replaced or upgraded since 2013: Bottom paint May 2020, New propeller, shaft, and cutlass bearing May 2020, 2013 Beta 28 Diesel Engine with TMC 40 2:1 transmission, larger Balmar Alternator added from Beta Marine, new waterproof engine panel, new electrical panel, new exhaust hoses, Self-tailing Lewmar winches for jib sheets, Ritchie compass, Garhauer Marine mainsheet traveler & sheaves, Lines, sheets, halyards, Deep Cycle Marine Batteries 2017, Steering Pedestal has new chain and wire, Hot water heater, Toilet in the head (Raritan P101) with new trident sanitation hoses, shower pump (Ov-12VSS), custom-designed and new custom-built holding tank, Galley sink, PYI PSS Shaft Seal, Various plumbing and electrical updates, Repaint interior, Bilge Pump, Tabletop.
Updates prior 2013: Ball valve thru-hulls replaced and backed with white oak, Upgraded stainless and shrouds 2012, Bowsprit and dolphin striker, Harken Roller Reefing, Kiwi-gripped nonslip deck paint, Hull and decks repainted, Tanks were re-built and re-installed, Extra jib, All stainless steel on deck, Windows replaced, Rear tower, Refrigerator, Alcohol/electric 2 burner stove.
