This Custom built ketch has a Ferro-cement hull that was originally built in the Samsom boatyard. When the seller purchased her many years ago he wanted a bit more custom feel and a pilot house.

Over a period of years, he built what you see in the photos. No teak on board. All woodwork is beautiful Honduran Mahagony.

Step aboard and you'll feel how solid of a boat she actually is. Her hull is very thick. So thick, the tub alone weighs an impressive 22 tons.

The pilothouse is a great place to steer from offering good visibility, with easy ingress and egress to take care of sailing responsibilities. It doubles as a great social space, with a nice chandelier and dinette that converts to a very large berth. A television mounted aft works well for entertainment.

On the subject of berths, there are officially 4 berths, which can sleep 6 comfortably. Or, if you're in the social mood, the seller one time had up to 32 people aboard for an overnight trip at the island.

Ascending the stairs you'll first come to the galley, with a freezer hidden in the cabinet, small fridge, sink, and the seller uses a toaster oven and microwave for meal prep.

To starboard is the salon with a nice settee, and a television mounted on the wall.

Forward of the galley is another berth to port and the head to starboard. At the bow is the anchor locker.

Working our way aft, the engine compartment is amidships, and large enough to double as another berth if you were to add a mattress. In the captain's cabin, you'll find a large bed, tons of cabinets and a television. Simple, but elegant.

THe Sail inventory consists of the main, mizzen, roller furling jib, storm jib, and 2 new hank-on genoas. The main mast is 59'-9" above the deck, and the Mizzen mast is 40' above the deck.

A sea anchor is also onboard.

When the seller customized the boat he added 300 gallons worth of fuel tanks and kept two gravity fed tanks aboard as back up. However, they aren't used.
