This Aluminium Freshwater house boat has everything you need! Well cared for both inside and out!

A solid-built freshwater aluminum houseboat. Same owner for the last 20 years. Very solid foundation for whatever you can dream up, or cruise it as is. All aluminium decks and roofs are solid when walked upon, and appear to be in great shape.

Lots of room, full galley, and stand-up shower in head. recently re-carpeted.

Custom, hi-powered stereo system wired throughout the boat.

The boat was originally equipped with twin Iveco 100 hp Diesel V-Drive inboards. In 2002, when when the Iveco engines became tired and obsolete, they were replaced with Honda BF-90A four-stroke outboards.

A custom-made aluminum outboard transom bracket was also professionally fabricated and installed. And, dual helm Honda controls and gauges were added to upper and lower helms.

The original Westerbeke 10kw diesel generator was retained in place, and the Iveco engines were removed.

The boat also comes with a custom built steel framed, triple axle yard trailer, that is used to launch and pull boat from ramp.

ConditionThe owner states all systems are operational and ready for Your Sea-Trial. Leaking plastic sliding window tracks, have warped some of the interior wood paneling and trim. But the cabin superstructure is aluminum and does not appear to be damaged. New, custom made aluminum window tracks are included in the sale, but not installed. Generator was winterized in 2020, and has not been started this 2021 season. It is reported to run well.
