This is a project boat - bottom needs much more work before splashing and this boat is meant for someone who is ready to tackle this big job. Showings are difficult as the seller lives 3 hours and most of the time when we go out for showings, the ladder is gone and we need to go on a hunt for a ladder to use to climb aboard. She needs a really tall ladder to climb aboard. Engines turned over July 2020 - still working! Seller advises that most everything was working on this vessel and it needs is be painted, all the bottom work including filling, sealing and painting. She needs to be refitted and carpentry work. The power steering isn't working right, thought to be an air bubble. The current owner has owned her over a year, she had a partner in this project who backed out and she does not want to continue with the project boat on her own - she is finished.
