Made during a 5 year period from 1973 - 1978, the Ericson 25 has an 8-foot beam and weighs in at a very light 5100 lbs. That includes the Fin Keel with 2500 lbs ballast.
There are only the mainsail and roller-furling jib on board, which, in a light sailboat, should give you plenty of sail for relaxing weekends on the water.
The interior of the Ericson 25 is simple yet comfortable. With the V-berth forward, hanging closet and private head, it's perfect for two on weekend sails. The two settees offer sleeping berths for two more.
The foldable table provides even more convenience. There is a sink and an icebox for the galley with a stereo and VHF radio mounted close by.
