As you have very likely already noticed, this is a very unique houseboat built originally by Master Fabricators, a very well-known and respected houseboat manufacturer.
Let's start with the length overall, it measures in at 56', bow to stern. It's powered by an OMC I/O 140 horsepower. This houseboat has two story's and was completely refurbished in 2002 from the Hull up.
The upper level is the penthouse and is accessed via a spiral staircase. The penthouse features a large bedroom with a bath. The main floor you will find the main living area, a full bathroom and bathtub, a full kitchen and another private bedroom.
The total remodel included custom cabinetry throughout, Corian countertops, a full-sized residential refrigerator with two ice makers, on demand hot water system, two large flat screen LCD TVs, a reverse osmosis water maker, this is just a partial list of what this boat has to offer.
Electrical power is provided primarily through the ship's solar system with 8 deep-cycle marine batteries with a generator as a backup. You also have the option of plugging into shore power if available.
