ConditionPer the Owner: The boat has been well maintained and it shows. The interior is clean and well maintained. All systems are reported to be in good working order. There are some spots on the upper house that need attention. The upper deck has dry rot and the underside of that deck has paint peeling. Cascade Yachts installed the heater in 2002. We have a list of items repaired in 2013-14. The engine was worked on in 2019. There are some cabin repairs required, but you can still enjoy the boat.
