This 44-foot bluewater sailboat is built as a capable bluewater sailer but has not been sailed for several years. It was a liveaboard until recently.
She has two staterooms and a main cabin. The forward stateroom has a V-berth and a private head. There is plenty of storage upfront.
The main cabin has a very large dinette to port with U-shaped cushions that encircle a large table. The table has a recess in the middle which currently holds poker chips. The settee is located on the starboard side and converts to a twin bunk.
The navigation table is also to starboard and has a lift-up top for storage. Just above on the starboard bulkhead are the ship's electronics and circuit panel.
The galley is of ample size and contains a double stainless sink, a large icebox, and plenty of counter space.
The aft cabin is separated into two private spaces. The Starboard side has a private head with access from the stateroom as well as the main cabin.
This boat needs some TLC, but can be made ready for your bluewater adventures.
