ConditionThe current owner says his 1981 COM-PAC CP-23 is in "Good/Very Good Overall Condition". As received from the current owner: The Com-Pac has been on the hard and shrink-wrapped since 2018 Does need some TLC cosmetic work and some optional gel coat spyder crack repairs Bottom has had thorough rebuild down from fiberglass to epoxy barrier coat to gel coat and ablative coats to waterline in 2016. New replacement and performance upgrades, through out Seller says hull is in excellent condition Majority of all standing rigging, sails, motor, are all in excellent condition. Updated swim ladder, bow rail, LED conversion of interior and nav lights, and cushions. Has only been used in "FRESHWATER" ADDITIONAL details on condition as received from the seller; ***New barrier coat and additional fiberglass layup to factory schedule added with gelcoat then barrier coatings in 2011/2012, and another ablative of Bluewater Coppershield CSX added about 2015/2016 New rub rail about 7 years ago ALL thru deck hardware, stations, stern/bow rail, handrails, motor mount & newer swim ladder rebedded with epoxy 4200/5200 with larger backing plates All lines led aft with deck organizers and line clutches (Per Com-Pac's Hutchins recommended CP 23 catalog) Cockpit has all factory matched all round closed cell foam cushions, cabin has newly replaced interior berth cushions and zipped/snapped fabric covers Newly serviced Dometic toilet 2 anchors with proper rode (bow rail mount also) All sails reconditioning with LeMauney process at SailCare, rebuilt with new stronger head/tack/clew, gromets, bolt rope, and New/additional reef points on main Head sails of 150, 120, and storm sail about 75 Long range stainless steel gas tank under cockpit compartment-12 gallon with newer gas line New self bailing cockpit scuppers Standing rigging replaced less than 8 years ago on uppers, and forestay/backstay less then 5yrs. All running rigging newer (less than 8 years ) with new snap shackles New & completed lifeline replacement with Colligo synthetic dux, closed cell foam covers, and sunbrella canvases New main & genoa sail covers with matching sunbrella canvas*** ***I have not visited this vessel in person.
