This 1981 37' Endeavour(B) has been half way around the world and wants to set sail to explore the other half!!!

THIS 1981 ENDEAVOUR PLAN B, LOCATED IN PORT CHARLOTTE FL has had only 2 owners.
This boat has taken her current, (second owners), many happy miles across various oceans for the past 16 years.

After all her years at sea, she needs a little TLC and then you can unfurl the sails and set sail to your destination. She shows pride in ownership like few others on the market.

The TLC she needs are:
The motor. (It has not run for 2 years only because the Seller changed to a trawler).

The Seller states that a mechanic who checked it states that the following needs to be done:
- change pipes & clamps- cooling system coolant- impeller seal

In addition, the mechanic said if you're handy, you can probably perform the following on your own:
- exhaust mixing elbow
- starter motor
- 2 engine mounts

Overall, the owner has maintained her in very good condition, having made many upgrades, the last being the hull totally rebuilt in 2014. (See below for details).
Numerous small extras have been added for cruising comfort.

The seller tells us the boat looks better now and is in better condition than when they acquired her. Unfortunately, age is one of the factors that have the Seller rewriting this chapter of their lives.

Her interior features a V-berth forward with filler, ventilators, and hanging locker.

The salon sleeps 3 with port and starboard settees, (The latter converting to a double bed). She includes cushions, ventilator, storm lamp, propane Thermix heater, storage drawers beneath and above the settees, bookshelves, a bulkhead-mounted folding dinette table, 110 shore power, 12V plugs, and a hot water heater that runs off the engine or 110V shore power.

Her galley features a propane Force10 stove and oven (2014), and a double stainless-steel deep sink.

She also has a hot and cold pressure fresh water pump, a manual saltwater pump, double soft water filters, LED lighting, mosquito screens, a navigation table with a stool integrating garbage container, barometer, and other various tools.

-Aft to port, aft quarter berth cabin presently used for storage.

ConditionHull underwent a full rebuild in 2014 in Trinidad & Tobago in 2014, Confirmed via a 2014 Survey of the vessel. In 2014 a full Hull renewal was done, Where the bottom was deeply scraped, left to dry for 4 months, and rebuilt with fiberglass, epoxy, and barrier coats. 2 Layers of paint over 3 layers of primer. During the survey in 2016, a Haulout occurred and the hull appeared in good condition. As this survey is 3 years old, it is recommended to be viewed as a guide only and a fresh survey would be wise. We can not share old surveys. The TLC she needs are: The motor. (It has not run for 2 years only because the Seller changed to a trawler).
