This 1981 FORMULA THUNDERBIRD 26 EXPRESS is a great boat for cruising & fishing!
This boat hails from Cape Cod Massachusetts. The current owner is the second owner and purchased her from a local seller in 2017.
The current owner has enjoyed spending time on the boat, primarily for fishing, throughout the waters of Cape Cod and the Atlantic Ocean.
She may be on the smaller side but she handles the water with ease. At no time has the owner have to use the windshield wipers due to water splashing up as the boat does such a great job of cutting through the water.
The current owner reports that there is a new head, new bilge pump, a digital readout for the RPMs was installed, new horn, new shifting knobs, navigation lights (3-LED) installed on the arch, replaced the sending units on the fuel tanks, the engine compartment has a new sniffer.
The trailer is a 2017 Venture trailer with an electric winch and upgraded LED lights.
This boat may be a classic but she has been upgraded well enough to carry her through for many additional years.
