1981 PEARSON 35 SLOOP WESTERBEKE DIESEL CLASSIC BEAUTY IS RIGGED TO SET SAIL NOW

*** Exceptional Pearson Sloop***

**Points Well, Single handling Sailboat, with centerboard keel, get into any skinny water and she is ready to go**

Storage Storage Storage, bring everything you need for a 4 person family for a long weekend and everything will have a place, she features abundant storage in the cockpit as well as down below in the cabin.

As you walk onto the boat and into the Cockpit, the one thing that strikes you is how large the cockpit actually is, plenty of seating and room for up to 6 adults comfortably, helm is far enough forward to allow for easy access to all running rigging.

Transiting down below, the very first thing that strikes you is the cleanliness of the cabin, the light and airy feeling with side windows going the full length of the cabin, (All window's re-bedded), you have a convertible dinette to port and a lounge to starboard that also converts for an additional sleeping area. Moving forward you have an ample head with a pressurized water shower and toilet, additional storage in the head for all bathroom needs, and a towel rack on the head door. Forward of that is a very comfortable V berth, with plenty of light from the overhead hatch and side portholes. Features a full hanging closet, I can't say it enough, it has tons of storage space!!

The galley is aft with ample counter space, an actual icebox, and a stove, sellers are leaving their new cooler and water coolers on the boat for the new owners. Just aft of the ice chest there is an additional storage area for wet items as it drains overboard.
