ConditionThe cabin appears to be well-preserved. The teak wood is original and in great shape. Some water leak discoloration around the pilothouse windows. Owner reports windows have been resealed. Electronics include an older but very serviceable radar and a Nico autopilot (original). The Lehman engine is reported to be running well. Hours are unknown. There is a newer fixed bronze propeller and new 1 1/2 inch shaft. The heads are all renewed with the best hose available. The upholstery including both staterooms is six years old. A $10,000 bottom job was performed in 2006 with full epoxy treatment (owner believes it wasn't really needed but wanted it done anyway) and this included all new bronze through hulls. Hull is dove regularly and zincs maintained. Full upgrade to the AC electrical system was performed during that time with new panels from Blue Seas, Victron inverter and charger and 1400 AH of AGM batteries.
