This 1984 CHB Motor Yacht is a pilot house style trawler with a large flybridge, a semi-displacement hull, and twin 200Hp Perkins diesel engines with only about 3700 hours.
As you walk through the transom door off the swim step, you can continue on the same level through the double sliding doors to the spacious salon and galley area. The galley has plenty of counter space, with a sit-down style counter or bar for casual dining. It is equipped with a Force 10 propane stove with an oven, a large double stainless steel sink, a good size (aprox 5-foot) refrigerator/freezer, and a microwave.
The helm and flybridge is equipped with Mathers digital controls and hydraulic steering. Electronics include W-H autopilot, Furuno GPS, Sounder fish finder, and Radar. There is a 600 Lb dinghy crane to lift a dinghy to the upper deck if you like; davits on the rear for a dinghy too. There is a cover for the upper helm, and there is also chrome extension not installed for the back deck that supports a back deck enclosure with isinglass.
There is plenty of space on this boat with an extra large queen size bed in the forward master cabin, bunks in the mid cabin (two below and one above), and the sofa bed sleeps two as well.
The tanks hold 600 gallons of fuel, 300 gallons of freshwater. There is an enclosed 7.5KW genset, a 2500 watt inverter, and two 8D starting batteries, and 6 12V Trojan house batteries. There is a Webasto hydronic diesel furnace as well as electric heat.
