This is a gorgeous DeFever pilothouse that is truly ready for its next adventure with an owner ready to enjoy its beauty and appreciate its superb readiness.

The current owners are the 3rd, caring for the boat since their purchase in 2007. They describe the boat as having a lake cottage or houseboat feel with the ability for long range cruising in all types of seas.

There are two cabins and two heads with showers, the forward configured with bunks.

The galley is fully equipped with a 3-burner electric range, microwave, residential-style refrigerator, coffee maker, and beautiful tile countertops. All is easily powered with the Northern Lights 7kw genset.

The galley's counter is a great place for quick meals and sitting to help with meal prep or converse with the chef. There is also a dinette adjacent to the helm for socializing with the captain or sit-down meals. The salon is spacious with comfortable seating while relaxing with a good book or watching TV.

The boat is powered by twin Perkins diesel engines, model 6.3644 rated at 135 Hp. You will appreciate that this is an original Sen Koh shipyard boat with the Plan B floor plan providing access to the engine room via a doorway vs. the hatch in the kitchen floor on the Plan A model boats.

There is a large array of electronics that includes radar, auto-pilot, VHF, depth sounder, GPS plotter, and redundancy. Additionally, there is a chest freezer in the lazarette, a full tub and shower, and so much more.

ConditionThe pictures say it all with this gorgeous DeFever pilothouse. It appears to be in excellent condition. Just had new bottom paint and more to ready this vessel for the next owner and set you off right, ready to cruise and have fun. Boat has been pulled, wrapped, and stored on the hard each winter, and there are very detailed maintenance records and logs for the boat. The teak all seems solid, some weathered, some more maintained. The trim rail on the starboard side was damaged at launch last month and is being repaired. Owners do not smoke inside the boat but do have small dogs that come aboard. No pets odors detected
