This Hunter 40 is a cruising sailboat designed with the capabilities for long-distance cruising or to be used as a live-aboard vessel. It's a proper cruiser with a 13' 5" beam and room to sleep 6 or more aboard. The large cockpit is super functional for captain and crew, or for entertaining while "Dock Sailing" with friends.
This Hunter is a refit in progress. Wiring and plumbing were removed and will need to be replaced to complete the vessel. With some updates, she will be ready for decades more at sail.
A mainsail, two headsails, and an asymmetrical spinnaker are included in the sale. Running rigging and standing rigging are up to date.
The Yanmar 4JH2-E diesel engine provides auxiliary power for the boat.
