ON-THE-WATER CAMPING READY TO GO! VERY NICE BOAT READY TO SAIL! CANVAS COCKPIT COVER! YANMAR DIESEL! NICE CABIN! WELL CARED FOR! MUCH MORE INCLUDED!!!

Beautiful and rare Island Packet 27, ready for a new home.

This particular boat comes with many updates done by the owner which gives the amenities of a much larger vessel. The inclusion of a reverse cycle air conditioner means that you can dock at any marina, or run a small generator outside to be cooled down during those hot days and nights on this boat. The AC needs service.

The seller will able to include a Mercury dinghy with a Suzuki 2.5 HP engine.

The layout favors utility. Plenty of room to store gear all through the boat. The engine can be accessed from the deck or below the stairs which makes maintenance a breeze on this boat. The updated electronics will help keep you on course while cruising along, autopilot and GPS will guide you on your voyages.

The steering is rigged for bluewater sailing, it is gear driven and can be easily accessed through a hatch right under the captain's seat.

Some updates done to this boat include brand the recent bimini and dodger, which can be connected for a fully enclosed area. The standing rigging and rails were done in 2020.

Inside, the wet head has plenty of room to take a shower and move around. It comes also with a seat for showering.

Lots of natural light comes in through the portholes, and forward hatch. This boat comes with 2 different sets of cabin doors to suit your needs.

The forward berth is nice and comfortable as well as the aft berth. You could sleep easily 4 people on this boat.

To complete the cabin area, a foldable dinette and well-equipped galley will keep the crew fed for days. Nice big ice chest, 2-burner alcohol stove, and sink complete the galley with lots of storage around.

Overall, this is a great boat for someone looking to single handed sail all around. Ideal for a crew of 4 if you want to bring your friends and family.
