Canvas and windows are all new in 2020. Construction The vessel is heavily constructed of fibreglass to a planing hull design with hard chines and a sharp entry forward flattening aft to a 21 degree deadrise deep V at the transom. The decks and superstructure are of fibreglass construction with interior trim and cabinet work of solid teak with plastic trim and upholstered bolsters with wood laminates and marine carpet throughout. It is noteworthy that this engine comes with an optional remote mounted gear lube monitor shown below mounted on the transom; The stern drive bellows are brand new for 2021. The commendably clean bilge and the anodes on the drive and transom plate are in good serviceable condition for proper CATHODIC protection. Throttle and shift controls are positive in action. Propeller is a 14 5/8â x 16â pitch 4 blade stainless steel in good condition along with a assisted cavitation plate âWHALE TALEâ to aid in planning out while accelerating. Both engine and outdrive are clean and oil tight and all linkages are smooth and positive in their action. Engine hour meter reads: 886.0 in total with only 180 hours on the newer engine repower group installed in 2007. The hull bottom has been epoxy coated to prevent moisture from entering the hulls, laminate and prolong the life of the vessel which is a very extensive maintenance procedure. Hull moisture content readings are well within acceptable standards at 10-14% and the transom stern at 12-15% respectively. The galley is equipped with: An ORIGO 2 burner alcohol/electric stove 110 volt as shown above, model 4500E, in good clean condition A NORCOLD dual voltage, 12-110 volt model DE251D, under counter refrigerator Fresh water pressurized by a SHUR-FLO 12-volt pump, with a capacity of 3.0 gallons/minute from a approx, 32 gallon plastic tank located starboard side in the engine compartment. Hot water from a 6 gallon model ESM-6SM SEAWARD tank, located port side aft in the engine compartment heated by a heat exchanger off the engine and by a 110-volt element. TV, SANYO Flat screen on a swivel bracket, 19â with a FLUID DVD player. Stereo, 2016 Sony unit with Bluetooth, Fusion Marine Amp of 400Watts supplying all marine speakers throughout the vessel with Sony Marine remote control at the helm, professionally installed with marine grade hardware and heavy grade wire. The AWL GRIP Maine paint as seen in the photos professionally applied in 2017 by "The Custom Boat Builder" in Whitby, Ontario. Cost of the paint job was $11000.00.
