ConditionShe just needs a little TLC. Horns don't work but can be replaced.Has new Ray Marine, just installed. Seller says the starboard antenna broke when he went camping other night. He has not had time to fix the port side oil pan leak; he can't figure out where the small fuel leak is on starboard but trying, apparently it has done that for 2 years.
