ConditionThis 1987 Bertram 37 looks to be in good condition and has been well cared for. The seller has only owned it since December 2019, but he filled it's deck with fish last summer. The Two known issues are the salon Air Conditioner may need a recharge, (The Lower A/C unit works great) and the Saltwater washdown pump needs attention. (The Freshwater Washdown pump works great.) The Bottom was last done in January 2019 and the engines were serviced by the Caterpillar dealer in June 2020. We'll work on getting a photo of the hour meter on the generator. The Bertram does have a 5,000 watt inverter installed. Update Sept. 10, 2020... Seller just installed a Mastervolt Battery Charging System, so both banks are always charged and charging as the Genset runs. The Props were refurbished and dyno balanced. Update as of December 2020... A new Helm Enclosure has been installed with new Canvas and Eisenglass. Whether you're into catching fish, living aboard or looking to extend your time on the water, this Bertram is definitely worth a look.
