ConditionThe interior of the boat is in very good condition with no visible wear on the upholstery of the seating or the carpets. The exterior needs a good cleaning and the teak decks sanded, but is also in remarkably good condition. A professional mechanic went through the boat in early 2020 and identified all the small items that would be flagged in a survey so that the seller could address those things. The sun pads were blown off the boat during a storm and were not replaced. One of the davits (Starboard side) does not work because of an oil leak.
