The Monk gained a lot of popularity in the 80?s as a durable & affordable trawler. Construction is solid fiberglass and the hull features a skeg-protected prop as well as an upswept, highly flared bow which contributes to her dry ride.

Low maintenance Fiberglass decks with some wood accents on the exterior?.just enough to lend a hint of ?yachtiness? without dooming the owner to major upkeep.

The galley-up floorplan has remained essentially unchanged over the years.

On deck the raised bulwarks and a high rail make movement around the house safe and secure.

Additional features include upgraded twin 330 hp Cummins diesels installed in 98, a functional mast & boom assembly, a well arranged flybridge, bow pulpit, swim platform and bow-thruster. All in all, it?s a brawny, no-frills trawler that combines high construction standards, great live-aboard accommodations, minimal maintenance headaches and economical all-weather cruising capability at a moderate price.
