This 1993 Bluewater 460 Coastal Cruiser presents a much more sleek profile than your typical houseboat and is designed to handle more challenging waters than flat bottom houseboats designed only for large lakes.

That's not to say there isn't plenty of space with a spacious main salon set-up for entertaining. There are twin jack knife leather sofas and sitting chairs for entertaining guests.

The full set of controls on the starboard side in the salon allow the captain to navigate out of the weather when needed and are sure to be a conversation piece for guests.

There is a spacious galley as well as a separate serving area and dry bar to leave plenty of workspace for the chef.

The forward main cabin has a queen bed and full head with a stand-up shower. There are storage drawers and a cedar lined closet for personal items as well.

Heading top side you'll find a fully equipped flybridge with controls and display that sink into the dash when not being used. The space is enclosed on three sides with canvas and isinglass.

Aft of the flybridge, is a spacious area for entertaining, including a large sun pad in addition to the sun pad forward of the flybridge.

Staying put once you find your anchorage is a breeze with the powered windlass set-up and beach access is a breeze with the bow-mounted beach ladder.

ConditionThis Coastal Cruiser 460 by Bluewater has been well maintained and lightly used with less than 700 hours on both engines at the time of the photoshoot but they may go up as the seller still actively uses the boat. The generator has just under 900 hours and runs without issue after a recent replacement of the remote starter. All systems that could be run and tested dockside worked as expected. Based on the overall condition of the boat it's not surprising that the owner reports all other systems are also in working order. The upholstery both inside and outside is in very good condition with no rips or tears. Some pieces have been redone by the owner and they're in the process of changing the outside color scheme of the boat from aqua green to a neutral gray, slate and black. If you're looking for a more flexible houseboat hull to handle more challenging waters than a large lake and love to entertain family and friends this Coastal Cruiser 460 has to be an attractive option on your list.
