130HP !!! GREAT CONDITION, LARGE OPEN LIVING AREA!!!
This 50-foot homebuilt houseboat is of all-welded aluminum construction and powered by two 130 Hp Lugger engines with Hamilton jet pumps. There is a bow thruster for easy docking.
The decking is diamond plated aluminum panels, and the sidewalls and upper decking is marine grade plywood covered with aluminum.
The layout features a large lower cabin that is home to the pilothouse and galley, with the main salon behind. Aft of the salon is a staircase that leads up to two large staterooms with queen beds, and there is a main head on the upper deck that features a fully enclosed shower.
The upper deck also features a huge sundeck, with railings all around. The lower deck also has railings all around with a covered walkway on each side, a covered seating area on the bow, and an open sundeck at the aft over the engines.
The galley features a GE 4-burner propane stove with an oven, a double stainless steel kitchen sink, a microwave. dinette table with chairs, and a Magic Chef Refrigerator Freezer.
