Allow me to present a small vessel at 23 feet, but an impressive presentation including an accommodating cockpit and a sizeable cuddy cabin.
The cockpit has comfortable seating. The Seller is replacing the passenger seat which also has an additional seat for another passenger.
The cockpit /galley is open with sufficient counter space with a single sink, icebox, and one burner alcohol stove.
Powered by a 235hp Mercruiser 5.0 LX engine

Chronological History
2010 - new remanufactured Mercruiser installed.
2011 or 2012 - the previous owner purchased the Excel. He is a mechanic and took excellent care of the vessel. It was a freshwater boat. The oil was changed twice a year regardless of how many hours the Excel was used. The hull was polished annually. The manifolds were replaced 10/2012.
2018 - the previous owner moved to Florida. Excel kept on a trailer.
2019 - Excel in a slip on the Intercoastal - but engine and boat rinsed after every use.
2019 - July 2019 - 3" extensions added with new risers
July 2020 - Engine was serviced. Fuel tank and sender replaced. Replaced the cockpit floor and reinstalled the carpet. The previous owner supplied a new throttle as well which has not been installed.
August 2020 - Sold the Excel to the current Seller who never used the boat. Hours are 160 to 200. The current Seller did start the engine periodically.
