READY TO CRUISE!!! VERY NICE EXPRESS CRUISER WITH MOLDED SWIM PLATFORM, RADAR ARCH, BIMINI TOP AND MUCH MORE!!! POWERED WITH A MERCRUISER 7.4L!!!

The Maxum 2700 SCR was manufactured over a 4 year period from 1993-1996. She was designed with a much wider beam then typical 27' express cruisers, her beam measures 9'8", which allows for a much larger cabin space. The larger beam will also require professional transporters if it were to be moved across land for a new owner.

She has a full kitchen with sink, microwave and stove. Room to sleep 6 in two berths plus a convertible dinette. A full head with flushing toilet, sink and shower make overnighting comfortable at the dock or at sea.

Seating in the cockpit features multiple bench seats, two facing the bow and one rear facing. Although Maxum's are no longer produced this hull with it's roomy interior, wide beam and expansive seating have remained a sought after hull.

Seller is Including a full Eisen Glass camper enclosure. There is also a canvas cockpit cover but it needs to be replaced and could be used as a template for a new cover.

ConditionDuring a recent inspection the engine was found to have compression ranging from 110 - 140psi. Also, transom was found to possibly have issues. Seats need to be reupholstered. Oil has been changed regularly per the owner. Around 2018 engine had the top end gone through. Heads pulled and checked. Valves were good so only new valve seats were installed. New carburetor was installed at this time as well. No hour meter and no estimate of hours. Seller states the hot water heat is not working currently.
