1997 Custom 60 Flat Bottom House Boat with twin Detroit Diesel 453 engines that generate 115 horsepower each, with 2:1 gears turning bronze props.
It also has a 9.9 KW Kubota gasoline generator.
This can be used for fishing and hunting or a live-aboard. It has all the comforts of home for you including air conditioning. The bathroom has an electric flush head and a shower. The kitchen includes a stove, microwave, and a dual fuel (AC power or LP) refrigerator/freezer. It also has a Whirlpool washing machine.
There is sleeping for 10 including 8 bunks plus a queen size bed upstair in the master bedroom.
Located outside the upstairs master bedroom is a large deck to enjoy the outside. In addition there is a front deck area forward of the helm with a table and chairs as a swing.
The steel hull is made with 3/8" plate and it has a flat bottom with no baffles.
This houseboat has a limited use built-in sewage treatment unit made by Ahead Sanitation Systems. This system is approved by the Louisiana Department of Public Health and Hospitals as defined in Chapter 13 of the Louisiana Sanitation Code as a Limited Use Sewage Treatment System.
