***SALE PENDING*** REFIT AND UPGRADED ALL AROUND!!!! PERFECT LIVE-ABOARD...GET OFF THE GRID!!!

One step aboard this Hunter 376 and you will see the oval-shaped cockpit boasts lots of room and comfort and the walk-through transom with a built-in swim ladder makes swimming or boarding from the stern a breeze.

Below decks, you will be impressed with lots of natural light and the screened ventilation. This is made possible with seven fixed hull ports, seven opening ports with screens, nine opening hatches with screens, and two Dorade vents.

The large main salon - decked out in hand-oiled teak - features a U-shaped dinette with seating for two more opposite. It has a very spacious feel with 6' 6" of headroom.

There is a full-service galley and a nav station with chart table and seat.

The forward guest stateroom includes an ensuite vanity with sink, large V-berth, plenty of storage, and a cedar-lined hanging locker.

The aft master stateroom features a queen-size berth, seating, ample storage in drawers and hanging lockers as well as a private entrance to the head.

The head is accessible from either the aft master cabin or main salon and is all fiberglass for easy cleaning. Features include a separate shower stall with a seat, vanity sink, and plenty of dry storage.

The boat's auxiliary power is a Yanmar 3JH2E 36HP 3-cylinder diesel pushing a Yanmar Kanzaki transmission. Actual hours are unknown.

The owner indicates the sails were replaced in 2008 and include a "UK" dacron full battened mainsail and a "UK" dacron modified low-cut 110 headsail on a Harken furler. There is a mast-mounted whisker pole, a Dutchman flaking system, and a stack pack canvas sail cover. All sails and associated equipment appear to be in serviceable condition.

Running riggings include Dacron braided halyards and sheet lines with all leads to the cockpit. There are eight clutches, 3 Lewmar #40 2 speed winches, and 1 Barient #27 winch. There is also a 5:1 down vang and a 5:1 main sheet Harken traveler.

Ground tackle includes a QCR #60 hinged plow as primary and a Danforth #20 fluke as secondary. There is approximately 150' of 5/16th BBB chain and 150' of 3-braid 5/8" rode. There is an Anchor Lift Anchorman 12 VDC self-tailing windlass with foot controls and helm control.
