Blue water solid 40 foot Cutter that takes your breath away!

This Cutter is set up for around the world oceanic travel, or just amazingly comfortable cruising through the Caribbean. Christened in 2007 as the Bruce Roberts after the designer, The owner painstakingly built this vessel from the hull up.

The Deck is made from strip-planked vertical fir with epoxy glass over, Amazing woodwork shows on the interior. Solid in and out and plenty of space for storage, and just living.

The center console design was used specifically for "blue water" or oceanic trips. Navigation station just inside the forward cabin area makes easy access. to navigate all the waters of the world.

4.5 ft Draft, makes it easy to navigate the Bahamas, the Keys, or Mexico, and the 18000 lb ballast makes for a smooth ride, whether Pacific, Atlantic or Baltic..

72 Hp Perkins motor well maintained, and powerful for the windless days.

Update, The hull material IS fiberglass, and I quote the builder "Single Skin FG Hull, with 2-inch stiffeners and 2 inches of insulation between waterline and deck"
Also, the mast height is 57' from waterline to top.

Perfect liveaboard and the ultimate cruiser have just gone up for sale, and YOU could own it.

ConditionThis Owner built/owner maintained vessel is very clean and organized. Haul out and repaint bottom is due, however, there is good paint on the deck.. Every fitting re-bedded this 4 yrs ago year, and all rigging appears in very good condition. Dinghy is on davit in back, and appears great condition. It is important to note that this vessel was built by the seller over an 11 year period. The seller is a systems engineer, and it has been built beyond minimum specs, and built to travel the world. However, it does not have the fit and finish of a factory manufactured boat. As of June 2021, the Seller recommends bottom paint in the next 6-8 months. It also will need top paint anywhere from now to 1 year from now.
