The vessel is equipped and powered by a Yamaha 115HP 4-stroke engine. Unknown engine hours on the engine.
The seller has only been able to use less than a handful of times during ownership.

We believe this to be the Lil-Hobo model, but there have been modifications by previous owners.

A nice feature of this particular boat, it has double sliding doors at both bow and stern entrance points...plenty of entryway space.

The interior of the boat is more of a blank canvas for the next owner to set up or add to. The chair in the pictures does come with the vessel.

The original generator has been removed, the seller uses a portable 3500KW Honda Generator to power the shore power items and the AC that is reported to work well. The seller may include the generator depending on the offer and contingencies. At this time, it is not included.

The flooring has been replaced with laminate lock and snap, the seller reports the floor is solid, but the laminate shows some wear.

Features include a small refrigerator, propane cook-top, and microwave.

There is a wet bath, with a sink and toilet. The seller reports no holding tank. The seller reports the toilet is hand pump style that would pump direct overboard. Seller states there is a freshwater holding tank but unsure of size or (gallons) it holds

The big feature with these style vessels is the access to the roof and to be utilized as hang-out space. The seller reports the roof is very solid and in good condition.

The seller reports the engine is in good operating condition. The flooring and rooftop are both solid, there is a small area about 1x1 section near edge on roof over the bathroom that is a little soft, there is also small spot that allows a leak during a heavy rain, the seller is in the process of adding silicone to this area. There is a freshwater holding tank, the seller is not sure of the size.
