The Meridian 408 Motoryacht is a very well-designed vessel with an abundance of natural light and an open, airy layout that can accommodate a large gathering of friends or can be reserved just for the owners to enjoy the quiet ambiance of the living space. She cruises as comfortably on plane or at a slower efficient cruise rate of 9 knots. She can be easily managed by two persons for docking or locking up/down and is easily maneuvered with the controls and throttles. The bow and stern thrusters come in handy for tight spaces and precise maneuvering.
Her sweeping lines are distinctly pleasing to the eye, with lots of windows allowing an abundance of natural light in the living areas. Her exterior is in good condition with lots of lustre in the gelcoat finish. There are eight mounted cleats that are well located for docking or locking. The extensive stainless steel rail systems provide security for safely walking from the front to the back of the yacht on non-slip surfaces.
Her transom has an exterior shower and washdown stations are conveniently located at the front and rear of the yacht. An AM/FM satellite receiver, two outside controls, and external speakers allows for all of the music that you could ever want while travelling or at the dock.
Her full beam design provides much more internal space than most comparable sized motor yachts. Her two stateroom design is ideal for two couples with the option of utilizing the main cabin for a third couple. Both forward and aft staterooms have ensuite full bathroom facilities with the forward cabin sharing the bathroom with the main salon. The internal finishes are outstanding with high quality cherry panels throughout, granite counters, and leather seating. There is an abundance of entertainment equipment that includes TVs, radios, and DVD players. Her kitchen is well laid out with all of the required appliances including a dishwasher.
She is a highly optioned motor yacht that comes with a clothes washer and dryer unit as well as a central vacuum system which makes her more sustainable for longer trips. All facilities can be run on the high output generator in the event of a lack of shore power or for offshore cruising.
