The 47 Commander is a great all -in-one package. It provides sleeping accommodations for many, a complete galley, and a spacious cockpit area for relaxing and entertaining. The versatility of this boat is a great point. You can cruise and entertain all in the same day. The cockpit and cabin designs allow for comfortable seating inside as well. Plus if it is too hot or too cold for you outside just turn on your heat or Air conditioning.
The Interior is new with flooring, carpets, curtains, etc.
She is powered by Twin Cummins V8 Turbo motor putting out 370 horsepower each.
The port engine block and up was replaced. That engine only has hours from the keys to Pittsburgh on it and that same port transmission has been replaced as well with a new one only has maybe 20 hours on it.
The Port motor and trans were new in 1975; Port only 40 hours, Port trans has about 20 hours, Starboard motor has about 2800 hours on it. It was pulled and checked at the same time as the Port motor and was in perfect condition at 2500 hours.
There is also a Cummins 12.5kw Generator on board.
