Located in Severna Park, Maryland, this 27-foot used Columbia 8.3 is a great cruising sailboat for sale. This Columiba 8.3 has a Volvo Penta 13hp diesel engine onboard to assist when the winds aren't in your favor.

The cockpit is large and has room for all your family and friends to enjoy the day out sailing. There is a custom a transom seat, upgraded electronics, an autopilot tiller, and lockers for plenty of storage.

Below deck features a 2-burner stove, ice box, sink, dinette table, forward stateroom, and a full head. There is room for a small family or couple to spend the weekend out exploring on the water.

Included with the sale will be lots of extras including a roller furler (needs to be installed), four sails (Main Sail, 125 Jib, Storm Jib, and Drifter), and an extra tiller.

The seller has added a custom holding tank for the head. It is made of fiberglass and is approximately 10 gallons. The seller has also added in a bilge alarm, a new shorter tiller, and an autopilot tiller.

ConditionThe bimini was installed in 2019. The exterior teak was oiled in 2021. The fuel pump and fuel filter were completed in 2021. The batteries are older but are still holding charge. Bottom paint was last done in 2019. Zincs were replaced at that time as well. The headliner was taken down due to previous window leakage. Two of the port windows were replaced, the remaining are original. Per the seller, there has been no leakage since removing the headliner.
