2002 Tartan 3500 New on the market!

The owners have decided to sell the boat to spend their summers differently. They will still use and maintain the boat until it sells.

A blend of modern American meets European design. Quite beautiful both inside and outside. Pleasing layout perfect for entertaining.

There is no core used in areas of through-hull fittings, chain plate, or keel attachments.

Yes there is a dodger (not shown in photos) and bimini!

Note the single solar panel above the bimini.

Central A/C
Solar panel is 330 Watts

The cockpit is T shape - roomy and comfortable. Note the foot cleats for the helmsman, and seatbacks are inclined for comfortable seating. Plenty of space to brace leeward.

At the transom there is a boarding ladder and molded swim step for easy entry and exit from the water.

The rear hatch opens electrically to create a swim platform with boarding ladder.

Step down into the main saloon with pleasing warm and plush green settees offers a comfortable wrap-around design and plenty of seating space. The space is appealing with well maintained cherry wood paneling and cabinetry.

To starboard is a well laid out galley with a 12V refrigerator.
Storage space abounds.

Adjacent to the galley is the navigation station.

Port side aft is the head and full standing shower and a quarter berth cabin with large double berth. The head is in the widest part of the boat for good use of the interior for the single head.

The boat has a windless with upgraded Mantus anchor.
Spare CQR anchor, chain, rode.
Feathering Maxi-propeller.

The settees: port and starboard with a drop leaf table in between which seats 4 to 6 guests comfortably.

Two double cabins both offering a good amount of space and storage.

The forward master V-berth actually has good foot space to sleep two comfortably. Twin hanging lockers and 4 drawers for plenty of storage - always a key issue even for the most practiced minimalists.

Yanmar 27 HP 3GM diesel is below the companionway steps.

Sail area to displacement ratio of 19.4 and displacement to length ratio of 188.
